Bryan Iguchi was born and raised in Southern California. He grew up riding Snow Summit in the heat of snowboarding’s up rise, and was a key element to the progression of man made snowboard parks. Soon after, he packed up shop and escaped for the mountains, landing in Wyoming. Two decades later, Guch is now the Godfather of the Jackson Hole snowboard community. He’s 38 years old, but snowboards twice as much as your average 18-year-old, and continues to push the level of his riding every time he straps in. In 2012, Bryan shared a video part with long time friend and team member, Jamie Lynn, in Volcom’s film, IP2. This winter Guch will be staring in the newest Veeco Production, True To This, a feature film celebrating America's first boarding company. Bryan was one of the first snowboarders added to the Volcom Stone team roster in 1991, and has become the foundation of what Volcom Snowboarding is today. Bryan Iguchi is Volcom Snowboarding…

Bryan Iguchi RT Collection Legendary powder pro and O.G. Volcom team rider Bryan Iguchi is not just one of snowboarding’s most enduring and accomplished riders, he’s also a certified Backcountry Guide. With literally decades of experience exploring alpine zones around the world, he integrated a mountain of critical product knowledge into the development of his new Research Tested Collection. It is an advanced outerwear system purpose-built for the demands of backcountry touring. For the days I’m out pushing myself pre-dawn ’til after dark, it’s important that my gear will perform in all types of conditions without getting wet, cold or overheating. I need my gear to be waterproof, yet breathable, lightweight and have stretch, allowing free-flowing movement. -Bryan Iguchi Working closely with the Volcom design team, he ensured these attributes were built into his RT Collection in order to maintain the integrity of the product. Bryan’s super-breathable TD2 Jacket features a 3-layer fabrication utilizing a 3-layer lining, 25K Storm waterproofing, and Circulation Flex 4-Way Stretch with fully taped seams and our popular Drop Tail Fit. This jacket is for the rider who lives for backcountry adventure and needs a jacket that can rise to the challenge!
